Geoff and company are fantastic to work with. He understands our problems and laid out options for us from simple (less costly) to most elaborate solutions! We now enjoy uninterrupted WiFi service despite the many brick walls in our unit. He also sorted out the messy wires and gave us a neat rack with clearly labelled points!! I especially like the UniFi devices in my bedroom. It was tucked away before the shelves, it not only gives us good WiFi signals, the blue light also serves as night light for us! Thank you Fireshot you SOLVED my issue! Singtel had previously installed a terrible Mesh WiFi with multiple SSIDs and sold me 2 x 1Gbps connections. It was driving me crazy. Geoff quickly understood the assignment and completely renovated my IT network. We now have fast, reliable signal in every room. I will strongly recommend Fireshot to anyone living in Singapore's larger condos.

Let me start off by saying that anything that plugs in usually hates me at the outset so it was most welcome to have clear guidance from Fireshot along with a technical breakdown of the product and differences of the many streaming services, this knowledge was invaluable.

The gap in sound quality between Spotify and Tidal is remarkable. The BlueSound PowerNode 2i player really highlights the difference.

I found myself stopping and actually listening to music rather than having a background companion, a very good sign of how much I will enjoy this system.

Apparently Spotify are going to introduce CD quality later this year. Although I was horrified to see all the hip hop automatically suggested by Tidal at start-up it soon learned my comfort areas and after some searches it starting to find the music of interest and so far I have been able to find even some of my more obscure music.
