Shipping Information & Return Policy

Shipping Information

All orders are processed within two (2) business days of receiving your signed order confirmation. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

For calculated shipping rates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Where shipping charges are calculated automatically, for example when using our e-Commerce store the cost will be displayed during the Checkout process.
Calculated shipping rates (for example when ordering via our e-Commerce store) will be displayed during the Checkout process.

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $2,500 within Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, China and Japan. Other countries may be available upon request. For orders under $2,500, we charge $35 for local delivery for items under 5kg. Deliveries are made between 10am and 6pm [delivery hours] on Monday – Friday [available days]; other times may be available by separate agreement. We will contact you via WhatsApp or SMS using the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

International Payment

Full payment must be received with all bank fees paid by the buyer. The device cannot be ordered until the full payment is received. Thank you for your kind understanding. If you wish to pay by credit card a 4.5% credit card processing fee applies. Your country may charge you Import Duty the payment of which is your responsibility. If your country presents us with a bill for this we will forward it to you for payment.

International Delivery

If only your packaging is damaged during international delivery the courier (eg DHL) will not entertain a claim. Only if the device itself is damaged will your courier (eg DHL) investigate your claim. If your product is lost during international delivery please in the first instance check the status with your courier. Fireshot will make every reasonable effort to assist you in your claim to replace the item.

In-store Pickup

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 10 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 2-3pm on Monday – Friday. Please make sure you have your order confirmation email with you when you come. To avoid disappointment please book an appointment to ensure someone is available to help you on that day.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns. If your item is under warranty we will work tirelessly with you to have it repaired or replaced according to the manufacturer’s warranty.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@fireshot.sg with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition and photos of all six sides of the box(es) that the item(s) arrived in. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will help you to seek a satisfactory solution with the manufacturer.
